The Province Day for the Forest Hills Trophy took place at Kinross Curling Rink on Saturday 5 October 2019 at 10.00 and 14.30. A draw was made for the first round. Thereafter, a partial Schenkel system was used to decide the make-up of each round of matches. Each club played 4 four end games.
This year the participants were Balfron, Buccaneers, Castle, Drymen, Fintry/Kippen, Gargunnock, Port and Strathendrick.

Buccaneers were penalised 3 shots and 1 end for each of the morning sessions for being a player short. Strathendrick were penalised 3 shots and 1 end for each of the afternoon sessions as one of their players had an accident in the morning and was not fit to play.
