Balyarrow Trophy winners
When Strathendrick celebrated their 150th anniversary in 1996, our then President, Jim Walker, possibly inspired by his sister's membership of Bridge of Weir Curling Club, invited the four other clubs celebrating their 150th anniversary (Bridge of Weir, Falkland, Haddington and St Andrews) to a 5 club bonspiel as part of the celebrations.
In honour of this event, Iain Turnbull of St Andrews Curling Club presented a Trophy which incorporates medals from the defunct Balyarrow Curling Club in Fife.
